It affects people of all ages, backgrounds, and occupations, and its impact on our physical and mental health cannot be overstated. This week is an opportunity to shed light on this prevalent issue and explore ways to mitigate its effects. In this blog, we'll delve into the impact of stress on our wellbeing and provide practical strategies to reduce and manage it effectively.


Understanding the Impact of Stress on Wellbeing

Stress is the body's natural response to challenging situations. In moderation, it can be beneficial, motivating us to perform at our best. However, when stress becomes chronic or overwhelming, it can have a profound negative impact on our overall wellbeing. Here are some ways stress can affect us:
